My 3mths T-bills i did at almost 12% matured last week, and surprisingly they automatically reinvested the funds now that the rate is sub 10% !!!
I actually remember that while i filled out the form then, I chose termination of the capital on maturity.

Imagine tying down my funds at this low rate for the next 3 months!

Am trying treasury bills for the first time, just invested some cash but the rate am seeing is very low.
What are the factors that really determine the interest rate. A 12% rate would be realy worth it,but 10% is very very poor

ASSISTANT MANAGER (F/M)

Your main missions will be:

EXPEDITING
- Verification and submission of all TA proformas and invoices
- Chasing of all TA proformas
- Follow up of submitted invoices
- Liaise with cost control department for any outstanding proforma/invoice for preparation and attention
- Chasing for payment
- Updating the accounts with expected receivables
HR
- Assist in sourcing for CVs, identifying potential candidates
- Communication with prospective candidates for availability and queries
- Preparation of consent/acceptance letter for prospective candidate

ADMINISTRATION
- Managing all TA Administrative tasks
- Ensuring good coordination and communication with clients and employees from mobilization to demobilization
- Arranging welcome and integration of new employees
- Collation of timesheets and expenses
- Maintaining and updating expats database for travel, visa and medical
- Arranging for annual medicals
- Liaising with the immigration officer for visa renewal
- Liaising with the logistics officer for ticket verification and booking
- Collating immigration documents for the issuance of STR visa
- Daily response to email queries from clients, suppliers and employees
- Meeting with clients in Port Harcourt, Lagos, Obagi etc
- Updating weekly POB for safety department


You should have a HND or BSC with an experience of at least Five years in an Administrative position and also have a working experience in the Oil and Gas industry.



You should be fluent in English and knowledge of French would be a plus.
Working Knowledge of MS Excel is Mandatory and a good knowledge of Commercial Negotiation and Proposal is a plus
