An ambulance with EMT personnel will bring an accident victim into the ER while calling ahead to get the surgeon and supporting staffs ready if surgery is needed and stretcher the victim inside, not bringing an accident victim in your private car and shouting on a Nurse a female nurse to do what exactly, carry the man on her back ?
