But he's not a thief because, you went into a market you know nothing about and now you're returning it due to your poor research
It's just like breaking your phones screen and asking SLOT for refund because warranty covers your phone.
From my view, I think he gave you that warranty on basis of giving you something original. Since there's no fault in anyway and you're returning due to bad market, it's your fault.

BUT STILL THE GUY NA THIEF BECAUSE AGREEMENT IS AGREEMENT.

My broda dz guy na confirm. Small tym fraudster n itz not hz fault because....I just blame my over-trusting in him...I met dz scruffy hungry mofo here on nairaland n travelled down 2 meet him in jos n we fully understood each oda dat if d sapphire salez don't fly...my cash wil b refunded...fast forward 2 now hez claimin middle man...dis is a hungry guy dat derez even a car hez even tryin 2 sell here on nairaland dat waz packed up...I gave him d money 2 try n fix d car based on takin him as broda...wen I couldn't sell d saphires I informed him n told him I waz comin bk 2 jos 2 return it...only 4 d riff raff 2 start turnin mi around dat he is not in jos n dat hez in calabar or China n at d end he deleted mi from whatsapp chat...he waz fully aware of our pre deal termz n now hez now calling himself a middle man...well I leave him 2 fate since he cant excape it but atleast d whole nairalander know him for d small time crook fry. Dat he is n atleast nobody on here will ever do any transaction wit dz low life
