@Emipree thank you,I'm even slower either, it should have gone pass this,slow and steady as little dough comes!!

@Emipree And Pablomaria,it is 2bedrm flat foundation but I'm focusing on the parlour alone, the toilet and bathroom all ensuite up to this level.
But the parlour is a big one sir.
Concerning my wall,my bricklayer is a walking guru, I brought him from far away in Ogun state,.so he is giving me standard door shape,spacious windows and befitting frontage even from the curvy pillar shape from above.

NB The visitors toilet and bathroom is what u are seeing in front all ensuite up to this roofing level.

the remaining part of my land can still contain 3 bedroom flat with at least 2car parking space,altogether with space for bore hole and soakaway!!!

thanks,the seller has agreed to pay 5%.does this mean that i have to go to the buyer to negotiate the 5% from his end ?making 10% overall??

how do i collect my 5% from( 1)the byer (2)from the seller??

is it before transaction?

will the buyer have to pay through me?

does seller need to know what what % am collecting from buyer and vice versa??

i think ever since i acquired the property,price of land has always been going higher.

although i still have a sure link of travelling especially to canada for fsw or the new stuff that they started but it aint gonna cost me less dan 800k-1million.naira.

since i have started erecting a building,i think facing it squarely may pay me off more than focusing on canada.?
