What's the use of the slippage tolerance?

With Slippage Tolerance, you can set the maximum % of price movement you can live with. Anything above that and your order will fail to execute(From Google).
For me 11% worked and that’s what’s advised though. You can adjust the setting for slippage tolerance

Chelsea’s weakness down the flanks, porous midfield and City going back to the future were features of a damaging defeat for Lampard.
In the last 12 months, Pep Guardiola and Manchester City have been grasping for such a balance during a period of defensive instability.
His opposite number Frank Lampard is also searching for balance. Lampard’s Chelsea can attack: they have scored three or more goals in eight of their 17 Premier League games, and finished last year with an expected goals total bettered only by Liverpool and City. Lampard’s Chelsea can defend: they have kept clean sheets against Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur this season. It’s just that they struggle to do both at the same time, at least against opponents with a reasonable level of potency.

This hints at deeper structural issues, evident in Sunday’s game at Stamford Bridge.

1. Lampard’s choices up front
Can a manager have too many options? We’re told it’s a ‘nice problem to have’, but finding Chelsea’s best attacking combinations always looked like being a challenge for Lampard this season. Not only do Chelsea have the deepest set of attackers of any squad in Europe, several of them can play in different positions: Timo Werner, Kai Havertz, Mason Mount, Hakim Ziyech. This has a multiplier effect and leaves Lampard mulling over quite literally dozens of possible formulas.

2. City exploit the wings
One of those problems is how Chelsea defend the flanks. Lampard does not want players of Ziyech’s and Pulisic’s quality tracking their full-back all the way to the corner flag – he wants them in position to exploit transitions and 1v1s on the break – but Chelsea have not found a structure to support such a level of adventure.

3. City’s shape, Kevin De Bruyne the decoy and Ilkay Gundogan’s influence
While De Bruyne created space, Bernardo Silva and in particular Gundogan were driving forces, popping up in those half-spaces we expect to see City’s technical midfielders. At Old Trafford earlier in the season, Fernandinho played as if tethered to Rodri in possession, but this time City’s midfielders released themselves into more threatening positions. Chelsea’s No 8s, Mason Mount and Mateo Kovacic, struggled to cope and offered little bite or protection to their defence. Chelsea teams of the past would often use a shuttler such as Ramires in their midfield three for games such as this, and one wonders if Lampard’s team lacks an extra player with an appetite for the dirty work. Too many players battling for creative mastery can be unhealthy.
