As far as I am concerned, they have not paid anyone who did the interview on the 5th,,,,I was also interviewed on that day and I have called two other people and they confirmed that they are yet to receive alert? this further strengthen the theory that the payment is done by batches.....

By the way I just received alert 33k ...I travelled all the way from Ghana

in other news, south-south/east, it's your turn for alerts come Tuesday/Wednesday.
The first Tuesday was for the 6th guys mainly from the southwest (majority from Lagos), the next Tuesday was for 2nd July guys mainly from the north-central (majority from Abuja and KD). So I guess the alerts are coming on this week's Tuesday to 9th or 10th folks (majority from ph/delta). The APLs should then follow from the next Tuesday (6th August) and then TF alerts should continue to trickle in.

My sauce also mentioned this to me last night. The GGM HR was sent a memo to do justification to increase hirings ( this would delay APL release but better for all man). NNPC has the record of recruiting 15,000 in one exercise. This 5000 is possible as a large core of mid to top level hit retirement age over the next 2-3years. Make all of una dey pray say this sauce make am to the dinning table!

I have actually been monitoring this thread since and i must confess, i've had a good laugh.
The most important thing is that i believe by God's grace i am highly favoured and my name is already among the 1000 GTs to be chosen.
I had my interview on July 9th. I can't remember the panel but i was the 2nd to last person to be interviewed for the day.
1st question was about DCM. I was my first time hearing about it. I studied industrial Chemistry.
One of the Panel members gave me the meaning and the chemist in me sprung up. I used idea to talk about the need to reduce the emission of toxic gases in the environment. Next question was why does NNPC need CDM? I didn't grab where he was going but he guided me till i said to maximize profit. He gave me a thumbs up at this stage.
Next question was by another man who asked me to describe a situation where i was frustrated while in charge of a group and what i did.
I quickly brought forth a certain story about being put as head of a group project and having a stubborn member. It was a good story and i was giving a thumbs up. It was a good story and for a moment i considered a career as a story writer. Nothing like that ever happened sha.
Next i was given another situational question and i concorted another wonderful story.
Finally i was asked for 5 safety rules when driving a car on a rainy day. I could only list 4. That was when God came for me. The chairman of the panel gave me one idea about one more and told the people that I've listed 5.
I believe once again that God's favour will speak for me and even if 10 GTs are needed , i am one of them.

Also asked about clean development mechanisms. I was hearing it for the first time too.
I never wanted to stay mute or accept that fact I dont know the answer. So I went straight to methods for pollution control, ways to remediate land pollutions n other forms of pollution as a result of oil spillage. Brought in Bioremediation thinking that it will be important as a biochemist and other different ways of pollution control. I don't know whether the panel chairman really heard what I was saying because he was writing through out my interview session. He only pause for a while and ask if I am done. I was later asked 2 situational questions and 1 safety question which I answered more convincingly than the first question. They had interest in my fictitious but convincing story. At last they told me if I had a question for them. I asked them how can they assess my interview performance. They all busted into laughter and the chairman for the first time had interest in what I was saying and said okay I can you you are confident. I thanked them and left.
