Sorry to say that every Christian waiting to be raptures in heaven would be disappointed.
We are not going to heaven. We are staying here to reign with Christ 1,000 years and after God will finally come down to dwell with man with the descension of the new Jerusalem .
Jesus will handover everything to God and we all will be subject to him for eternity.
Gullible christians read their bible upside down with the traditional mind set which we were doctrinated by our churches.
Heaven is Gods throne and the earth will be where Christ will reign.
Then what ever we shall do after the millennium would be left to God alone . But not in heaven but on earth for it is written that he created the earth to be inhabited forever.
Though man will become spiritual beigns like angels in heaven. All our thought shall be transparent. Nothing shall be hidden and the ultimate purpose of God for man is to become like him.
Please read your bible with the help of the Holyspirit and unbiased mind. Let the bible interpret itself .

Then Jesus spoke to the people and to his followers. He said, “The teachers of the law and the Pharisees have the authority to tell you what the Law of Moses says. So you should obey them. Do everything they tell you to do. But their lives are not good examples for you to follow. They tell you to do things, but they don’t do those things themselves. They make strict rules that are hard for people to obey. They try to force others to obey all their rules. But they themselves will not try to follow any of those rules. “The only reason they do what they do is for other people to see them. They make the little Scripture boxes they wear bigger and bigger. And they make the tassels on their prayer clothes long enough for people to notice them. These men love to have the places of honor at banquets and the most important seats in the synagogues. They love for people to show respect to them in the marketplaces and to call them ‘Teacher.’ “But you must not be called ‘Teacher.’ You are all equal as brothers and sisters. You have only one Teacher. And don’t call anyone on earth ‘Father.’ You have one Father. He is in heaven. And you should not be called ‘Master.’ You have only one Master, the Messiah. Whoever serves you like a servant is the greatest among you. People who think they are better than others will be made humble. But people who humble themselves will be made great. “It will be bad for you teachers of the law and you Pharisees! You are hypocrites! You close the way for people to enter God’s kingdom. You yourselves don’t enter, and you stop those who are trying to enter. “It will be bad for you teachers of the law and you Pharisees! You are hypocrites. You travel across the seas and across different countries to find one person who will follow your ways. When you find that person, you make him worse than you are. And you are so bad that you belong in hell! “It will be bad for you teachers of the law and you Pharisees! You guide the people, but you are blind. You say, ‘If anyone uses the name of the Temple to make a promise, that means nothing. But anyone who uses the gold that is in the Temple to make a promise must keep that promise.’ You are blind fools! Can’t you see that the Temple is greater than the gold on it? It’s the Temple that makes the gold holy! “And you say, ‘If anyone uses the altar to make a promise, that means nothing. But anyone who uses the gift on the altar to make a promise must keep that promise.’ You are blind! Can’t you see that the altar is greater than any gift on it? It’s the altar that makes the gift holy! Whoever uses the altar to make a promise is really using the altar and everything on the altar. And anyone who uses the Temple to make a promise is really using the Temple and God, who lives in it. Whoever uses heaven to make a promise is using God’s throne and the one who is seated on it. “It will be bad for you teachers of the law and you Pharisees! You are hypocrites! You give God a tenth of the food you get, even your mint, dill, and cumin. But you don’t obey the really important teachings of the law—being fair, showing mercy, and being faithful. These are the things you should do. And you should also continue to do those other things. You guide the people, but you are blind! Think about a man picking a little fly out of his drink and then swallowing a camel! You are like that. “It will be bad for you teachers of the law and you Pharisees! You are hypocrites! You wash clean the outside of your cups and dishes. But inside they are full of what you got by cheating others and pleasing yourselves. Pharisees, you are blind! First make the inside of the cup clean and good. Then the outside of the cup will also be clean. “It will be bad for you teachers of the law and you Pharisees! You are hypocrites! You are like tombs that are painted white. Outside they look fine, but inside they are full of dead people’s bones and all kinds of filth. It is the same with you. People look at you and think you are godly. But on the inside you are full of hypocrisy and evil. “It will be bad for you teachers of the law and you Pharisees! You are hypocrites! You build tombs for the prophets. And you show honor to the graves of the godly people who were killed. And you say, ‘If we had lived during the time of our ancestors, we would not have helped them kill these prophets.’ So you give proof that you are descendants of those who killed the prophets. “You are snakes! You are from a family of poisonous snakes! You will not escape God. You will all be judged guilty and go to hell! So I tell you this: I send to you prophets and teachers who are wise and know the Scriptures. You will kill some of them. You will hang some of them on crosses. You will beat some of them in your synagogues. You will chase them from town to town. “So you will be guilty for the death of all the good people who have been killed on earth. You will be guilty for the killing of that godly man Abel. And you will be guilty for the killing of Zechariah son of Berachiah. He was killed between the Temple and the altar. You will be guilty for the killing of all the good people who lived between the time of Abel and the time of Zechariah. Believe me when I say that all these things will happen to you people who are living now. (Matthew 23:1-13, 15-31, 33-36 ERV)

From the above passages how I wish that
1. Our pastors will teach and preach like Jesus.
2 They will call sin sin and stop sugar coating to keep their blind customers
3. They will stop diluting the word of God
4.They will start calling out members who are fornicators, adulterers etc in the church
5. Stop singing that make you feel good songs and once you get out of the door of the church you are still that the same person that came in
6. Focus on more about holiness, righteousness , obedience , love , faithfulness , patience most of all the soon coming kingdom of God.
7. Stop living like super Demi gods with blings all over.
8 . They would ask us when ever we bring our tithe how did you get this money rather than blessing thieves ,murderers and looters of our treasury .
9.They would understand that they are lighting their own fire not Gods
10. They would tell the truth always to the members about how many porn movies they have watched previously .
11.How they masturbate in their offices .
12.They would acknowledge they need help.
13.They would know that most of them have been left by God
14. They should stand up for the turn around of this nation
15. Preach more about sex in the church cos they hardly do and teach about modesty in the church .

Forgive me if these offends you but the truth must be told.
99.9999% of Christians today are being misled.
I encourage us to be like the berean Christians who search the word of God .
To find the truth.
We are really on trouble what I see around me today had finally dawned on me that we are approaching the end of this world system of government .

Meilyn ate you a Christian? If not you can't understand cos your mind must be spiritually reversed by believing on Christ and walk in obedience to his words before you can fathom these.
Again yes our body will change not everybody will wake up rather the believers of old and now also other people that are alive when Christ returns will put on immortal body which cannot be corrupted though we shall still have some fleshy pull but gradually we will overcome them.
People fail to understand that there would be two resurrections. One for believers and those unbelievers God will spare during tribulation only him knows.Also those that haven't heard and maybe have heard about the gospel but their excuse was that life was full of troubles that they don't have time for Christ. Also satan would be loosed too for 100 years. At the end of 100 years those that believes will receive salvation and those that do not will be cast into the lake of fire for final destruction with the devil.
I have been called by God for 21 years now. I understand your situation I was asking such questions before.

Believers read and interpret their bible upside down.
When a man dies his thoughts ends his spirit returns to God who gave it. In your spirit is the storage of all your life activities in life which God will use to judge us. Then your real self your soul will go to sleep a situation of unconsciousness not hell or heaven rather you are sleeping. I think in the first book of Acts Peter was telling the people that David is in the grave waiting for resurrection . Then your body will decay and return to dust.
Then at the return of Christ every bit of your will recompose back and the spirit of God will reenter you and you will wake up and our body will change and put on exactly the same body that Christ had when he resurrected .That is immortal body.
There is no place in the bible it says we r going to heaven.
We are staying here this where Christ will rule on earth not heaven. He will return and we shall reign with him on earth for 1,000 years .

The term born again have been misunderstood or rather misinterpreted.
Read John 3:1-8 or all. You would understand that every believer now is not yet born again rather God gave us a little of his spirit as a seal of ownership and as we walk in obedience to his words .
We will be born again only when Christ returns and we are changed like him to become spirit beings free from death, physical barriers that we could enter a house without the door as a barrier, all our thoughts would be transparent and death would not have any power over us. This is when we are born again. But for now we aren't yet just misunderstand of the phrase.
