Please I need help

My last menstrual flow was from 20th July to 23rd July. When I didn't see my period in August, I did a pregnancy test and it was positive.

I went for a scan today and the scan showed that I am 8 weeks pregnant (instead of 10 weeks) and the gestation sac was seen within the uterus without a yoke sac & fetal pole.

I was asked to come for another scan in two weeks and I'm really scared. Doctors in the house please help...
