Honestly I’ve no idea what my CGPA were for the past 3 years. I guess that’s the main reason why I’ve spiral down this much. I’ve just been nonchalant about it. But I just need any type of reassurance if it’s possible at this point . samuel1052: |

Education / What’s The Possibilities Of Graduating With 2.1 (3.5 CGPA) by Pleat: 8:59am On Mar 21, 2023 |
Greetings, I am seeking advice regarding the possibility of graduating with a 3.5 CGPA (2-1) despite my current academic standing. I am currently in my final year of study, having recently resumed my 400 level, and upon reviewing my records with my academic adviser, I discovered that my current CGPA stands at 2.8. While I have been involved in various extracurricular activities throughout my academic journey, I do not wish to graduate with a subpar grade. It is worth noting that despite my involvement in numerous activities, I have never failed a course. However, I do acknowledge that I have accumulated several C grades due to inadequate study time. Nevertheless, I am confident in my abilities and strongly believe that with dedicated effort, I can achieve academic success. My primary concern is whether taking a 10-month break from extracurricular activities to focus solely on my studies would result in an improved CGPA and ultimately, a 2-1 grade. I would appreciate a calculated assessment of the likelihood of achieving this goal, as I am willing to put in the extra effort required to earn high grades over the next two semesters. I understand that if I take a break from other activities and still fail to achieve the desired grade, it would be a significant waste of time. Nonetheless, I am willing to take this risk and commit to putting in the necessary effort to succeed academically. The extracurricular activities mentioned up there is just my business that nets it constant profits monthly so leaving for a few months won’t hurt me I know how to navigate things. Thank you for your guidance on this matter. |
