I am, by God's grace, an innovator and I believe in creating solutions and improving on what is working. I value people more than money and I respect and prefer to work with people who share the same values( actually that is a secret to excellence and consequently success in business). When it comes to integrity, I don't believe in lying to succeed. My philosophy is that God is able to help me and He always does, so I don't need to lie.
