Popular singer Zlatan has made a subtle appeal to Actress & producer, Funke Akindle to feature in her hit series, ‘Jenifa’s Diary’, Praizenews report.

This appeal was made during an Instagram live video session between the two superstars.

The ‘Jenifa’ star prayed for Zlatan in the Yoruba language during the brief Instagram live video on Tuesday, November 12, 2019. “We will both remain successful, may we not be put to shame, God has made us the head, may we not fail. Zlatan,” Akindele-Bello prayed.

Zlatan, who kept on responding saying ‘Amen’ also inquired about the actor and director’s family and kids before subtly pleading to feature in ‘Jenifa’s Diary’. “Please ma, don’t forget me for the next episode oo,” Zlatan said as Akindele-Bello promised to hook up with him soon.

Bbnaija Star Frodd is currently in Dubai and he just took to Instagram page to recount how he was scammed by travel agents when he was so desperate to leave the country, Praizenews report.

In his post he recalled selling his car in order to achieve his aim of leaving the country, but now he is on an all expense paid trip to Dubai.
He wrote ;

After several attempts to flee my motherland NIGERIA . Swindled by many scammers called travel agents , I gave up hope . I made my way into the cooperate market in the big heart of Lagos State �. After 4 years , I became fed up again .
I attempted to leave the country again , nothing mattered to me as long as I leave Naija but this time to come and hustle in DUBAI from the Sale proceeds of my 2003 Toyota Avalon which should be my BTA .
You see God ! I don’t joke with him !
Look at me today , I am in Dubai on an all expense paid vacation .. Why will I not serve God Forever ?

Dr. Tayo Oyedeji, a former professor at the University of Gerogia in the US, has said that, contrary to popular belief, "home ownership is mostly a bad business'', Praizenews report.

The Oxford-educated entrepreneur, who authored the book 'How I Retired at 40' shocked his followers when he made the revelation on Twitter and gave reasons.

He wrote:

Renting is wiser for most people. Don't buy a house unless: 1. Mortgage is < 8%. 2. You can pay cash. 3. You plan to live in it for 10 years. 4. You need the psychological comfort of home ownership. Rental/investment property is great. Home ownership is mostly a bad investment.
He added: "I'll share the math on home ownership sometime next week. The home you live in is your worst investment. For some of us, it's not even an investment. Don't buy the hype, do the math. Home purchase for living is a bad investment. Rental property is a great investment."
"Do the math. An average property in Lagos is N40m. Treasury bill rate is about 12%. Your N40m will yield N4.8m a year. You can rent a good home for N1.5m and still have N3.3m left over. Your house is costing you N3.3m per year. Do the math."

He went on to point out that, "Psychological comfort, societal expectations, and cultural norms are valid reasons for home ownership. But when it comes down to the math: it just doesn't work.

I own a couple of homes for the reasons stated above. They're not good investment. Investment is math, not emotions!"
