Even ojukwu himself returned to aligne with the FG, rejoined the Nigerian army to collect his pension from the Nigerian government, the same government he fought and sacrificed millions of Igbo lives for.

He even joined the system and contested elections under the same Nigerian entity and government.

But it was Gowon from Kanke Local Government Area in Plateau State that later set Boro free and Boro later became a major in the Nigeria army and helped to tame the Biafra army.

The Igbos started the civil war because they wanted to take the lands of the Niger Delta from the people that own the Niger Delta, because the Europeans came and created Nigeria and put some parts of the Niger Delta in the SE then and the Igbo coup of 1967 made Ojukwu the military governor of the SE region.
