A new powdered egg factory was recently launched in ondo state last 2 months, its d largest in africa n middle east. I'm not sure there's any other African country that produce powdered egg except egypt.

Germany GDP is 4.1 trillion dollars
The US waNT Germany to spend 2% of it GDP on NATO
Germany cant afford it because 2% of their GDP is 82 billion dollars and 82 billion dollars is almost 25% of their budget.

why would any sane country spend 25% of their budget on the military alone

We give them electricity when their stations shut down for maintenance and they supply us when we lose some generation
