Ghana electricity is presently in the hand of ECG not PDS. cus the diabolical agreement have been over run. who ever is feeding you rubbish. low shedding in Ghana has never been attributed to low power capacity in this year. it is either maintanance of the road due to construction or train road development or relocation of the grid from Tema base down to gas house( takoradi) . and ever since I have landed in the country( which is about 1 month and some few days now) my light has never blink.
