While a majority of law abiding Nigerians reside in South Africa peacefully there is a need for the perception by Nigerian and South Africans in general to be re imagined so the unscrupulous ones do not hijack the narrative.

Come to South Africa and see us enjoying life with normal Nigerians, Ghanaians, Ivorians, Mozambicans Zimbabweans, other Africans, Asians, Americans and Europeans.
Our government's decision to invite President Buhari to South Africa is not a sign of weakness but wisdom. Nigeria and South Africa need to work together in partnership and effectively address the challenges that plague them and our continent.
I hope that the Nigerian delegation will have the time for a detailed presentation on the crime situation, the role of some Nigerians in it, including how and why they even kill their compatriots.
