One of the major needs for a developing society is a school and vocational centre amidst other infrastructures in order to complement the society’s social advancements and developmental processes. In proper assessment of what is going on in Ibeju, it would be that most recognized educational institution are owned by Government and very few good privately owned schools is in view at the moment – isn’t that shocking!

Eventually, in as much as huge investments are going on in the area, it is foreseen that by 2025 (about 7 years from now), an estimate of over 200 companies, including Petrochemical and Allied industries, textile industries, cosmetics and beauty industries, construction companies, Agro allied industries, as well over 10,000 SMEs would add to the population of an already existing multinational taking full possession of the Africa Dubai.

These companies would have people work in them, and would need good Schools located near their places of work, and where their kids can begin and further their educational pursuit. Palmsville Courts (Orimendu Town) or Edgewood Courts (Okun-Ilado Town), are the best Location to build a School and are situated between the Free Trade zone, where most of these companies are coming up and Eleko area and both Estates are rightly facing the road for easy access.

Palmsville Courts and Edgewood Courts are currently selling for N2,450,000 each respectively instead of N3.5million in the ongoing 30% price slash World cup promo.
