But in the process of installing drivers with drivers pack..

IDT audio, Webcam, and Elan SmBus drivers all showed installation error.

My speaker isn't loud enough.
Webcam is connected and I can see flashes of camera images for a moment but it doesn't work properly.


Please how do I go about updating these drivers so I don't go back to the multiple driver issues again..

Tried using that but I keep getting 'windows not activated' response.

Thats why I had t downgrade to windows 7, both 8 and 10 keeps frustrating me with update issue and windows activated matter

Get a windows installation CD or flash drive and do system repair or clean format..

It Doesn't Even Show Anything About Windows. It Kept Showing Compaq And Something Like PRESS ESC TO LOAD SYSTEM INFO and thats all then it trips off again, and shows that screen again.

Please I noticed my laptop has charging issues. It charges well until when it get to 85 to 90% , then it stops with the error msg "plugged in, not charging".

It never gets to 100% of full charged.

Please help.

Do you get a message like consider repcing your battery? If not, try using another charger

But if you can lose your PC and get access to your HDD, just try readjusting it...

If the problem persist, then try formatting it if you know how to do that...

1. the HDD might been shifted from its original position.

2. The system need to b formatted, don't worry about your lost data, it can be recovered if recovery is done ASAP

PS: I've been eyeing hp elitebook 9470m but I'm not sure of the battery longevity.
From my research I think (not sure) Dell second hand has more battery longevity than Hp.

My friend likes the guy well well and sees him as an accountable person. I just dey yinmu, which kind artisan dey accountable, that means he no wan chop be that. Presently, a lot of phones can do what some laptops can do, what that means is that phones will still be relevant for a very long time.

At 29, learning a new skill is not bad at all, and learning one which will still be relevant for a long time is cool. He can focus more on iphones and the new android devices Cos most engineers don't do good job on these.

I work in ikotun and most people that sell their laptops sell as scrap, most times we buy core series laptops with good functionalities at ridiculous prices, lols...

Most people sell their laptop not even knowing the HDD, RAM and screen can be sold separately.

When me sef dey learn, I sold a laptop with a bad screen, having 500gb HDD, 4 GB ram for just 5k.. Lols

It's intel and not AMD since the motherboard have Intel and AMD version.

He will definitely sell the motherboard for at least #17k, that's for sure. And the 320gb is #7k that's the least price.

The 2gb ram can go for #1500

The carcass is still there, the hinges of the carcass is still there which can go for #1500 each.

If the carcass is not broken there are some people that will buy it and then spray it carcass can go for #8k complete (but let just remove the carcass part out of it)

All this are computer village price and I believe as an engineer that works outside the market his price might be a little bit higher.

Intel core 2 duo. Nah myself I just dey blame since morning when I got the news of the sale. I knew the Engineer through a very good and long time friend. He has been the one giving me update, as he stays in the same place with the Engineer. I thought of going to computer village to sell it, but felt going through an Engineer would give me a better deal.

That's a fair price, computer village boys won't buy it more than 5k... Talking from experience

It depends some will buy it for that price which I think will be the best price depending on the specifications of the laptop.

A core i3 motherboard,320gb hdd the carcass if it is still neat.
This was what I put into consideration.

The only thing you have there is just the motherboard and carcass that's if it's still OK (neat), the hdd and ram ( depending on the size)

From an engineer point of view ( let's assume the hdd is 320gb and ram 2gb) the highest it can go for is #23k.

hahaha... who will buy that for this price? best person to sell to will be an engineer and i doubt if any will buy for that price

Go to device manager on your PC and check if your USB driver needs help
