D terms of employment ws only meant 2 accommodate us 4 d period d survey lasted. Truly, kpmg is a place 2 b. I gues I'v cleared d air.

During my intvw wif d RBH y'sday, he asked me qstns abt my work experience coz I worked briefly wif kpmg, afta answern him, he asked y i left kpmg.... 2 cut d long story short, he requested I present my offer letter 4rm kpmg d@ it's only on d@ ground d@ he'l employ me. No b small matter o! Tnk God I took d letter along wif me 2 Ib. He minuted on my file b4 my very eyes as his report 2 HR saying 'offer employment on presentatn of previous place of wk offer letter '. So i jst went der 2 drop it ds morning. D guy dey feel say wetin go make me leave kpmg 4 uba.
@ wale, I wrote my test in Ib on d 15th of jan '13. We wer abt 21 in number.

It's funny hw pple kip emphasizing d insecurity in d banking sector. No doubt abt d@, bt if I may ask which job is secure 2day in Nigeria? Wot's ur undastandn of job insecurity? Are der nt pple who av woked ova 15 yrs or more in d banking industry? My dear, it's truly a hard decision 2 take bt dn't fret al b'cos of d much talked abt job insecurity in d bankn sector. I wish u cud av an opportunity 2 av a one on one ch@ wif dese pple advising u against d bank job nd ask which dey wld go for? I bet 90 percent wil opt 4 d bank job.
Here's my candid advice: wot do u av flair/passion 4? If u fink ure cut out 4 d force tingy, den go 4 it coz a force man wil always remain one nd u myt jst nt be well suited in d more corporate banking environment. Bt if ure desirous of workn in an environment d@ is challengn nd of coz demandn nd u fink u can cope wif dese, my dear, take d bull by d horn nd go 4 it, I mean d bank job. If ure smart, focused nd ambitious, u dnt need 2 wait 2 b fired (if @ al u'l b). Dere's always d ryt tym 2 quit a job nd go higher. @ entry point, set a target 4 urself, say 5 to 6 yrs achieve ur set goal nd move on. D most important fin is findn fulfilment in ur place of work nt d money(though important). My dear, reflect on wot u want out of life nd stop soliciting 4 too much opinion, u myt end up bn confused.
