Abia Online Uche Ogah's Trending Disqualification And Ridiculous Transfer Of Aggression By His Media Team: By Sir Don Ubani; KSC, JP, Okwubunka of Asa, State Publicity Secretary, PDP, Abia State. 1st December, 2018. The Peoples Democratic Party in Abia State has noted with much reservation the cheap and most irresponsible falsehood being peddled by the Media Team of the disqualified governorship candidate of All Progressives Congress in the State, Chief Uche Ogah. Without any role or involvement by the Peoples Democratic Party in the State, it is widely reported that a Court of competent jurisdiction in Abuja has disqualified Chief Uche Ogah as the governorship candidate of All Progressives Congress in the State, giving way for the emergence of Chief Ikechi Emenike as the Party's candidate in next year's election. Ordinarily, the Peoples Democratic Party in the State would have nothing to do with such a development, as it is purely the internal affair of APC. Funny enough and ridiculous too, the media team of Uche Ogah, instead of going into retrospect to tell itself the realities of her Principal's circumstances, has cheaply resorted to attributing the woes of their master to the PDP in the State. The team has been brandishing outright lies from the pit of hell that the problem of Uche Ogah is the PDP that, in its hallucination, is the sponsor of Chief Ikechi Emenike. PDP in Abia State has, sequel to the above unwarranted misconception, insinuation and devilsh false propaganda, been intrinsically compelled to make it clear that whatever are the present problems of Uche Ogah or even APC in the State has no link with it. It is not in the character of PDP to meddle into another Party's internal affairs. Chief Ikechi Emenike is not a card-carrying member of PDP and, so, there is no basis for Uche Ogah or APC to associate PDP with the crisis rocking their Party. It has to be clearly stated that PDP in Abia State is only concerned with the welfare and development of the indigenes and residents of the State. PDP has no cause to dissipate time or energy on a Party like APC which name in the State is synonymous with crisis and confusion. The excellent performances of Governor Okezie Ikpeazu in all sectors of governance have endeared PDP to the Abia electorate. For very many reasons, Abia people have made up their mind and anchored their choice on PDP. They are wise and scrupulous enough not to be associated with a Party that is irredeemably torn in crisis. You can continue to lie to yourself forever but it is a known fact that Ikpeazu has performed very well by making Abia a vibrant state. You demons no longer have pictures of rots to display except you go to you archives and pick 1999-2015 bad pictures and re-upload. If Ngwa is not the special clan why is your God Alex Ottila Okuko claiming to be one of us? |
senatordave1:Yes the will be facebook governors, Ikpeazu is not contesting that one with them |
Gandollar:Yes we do. It is the best meat on planet earth. We thank God for giving us the wisdom we use in processing and cooking it. We shall continue to eat it forever |
Ojiofor:Yes because Abia State is 75% Ngwaland but you minorities only brought pains and misery to the state during your 23years reign. No Ngwaman will vote for any other person except Ikpeazu. Even Martins Azubuike will vote against Alex Ottila Okuko and Uche Ogah |

Justice Kate C. Ogbonnaya of Federal High Court, Kubwa, Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, has affirmed Chief Ikechi Emenike as the Abia State governorship candidate of the All Progressive Congress (APC). The court’s decision was given on Thursday, November 29. Justice Ogbonnaya, also ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to recognize Emenike as the rightful governorship candidate of the APC in Abia State. It could be recalled that Chief Ikechi Emenike was declared the winner of the APC governorship primaries held on September 30 by the Dr. Emmanuel Ndukwe’s faction of Abia State’s APC. Prof. Okezie Abariukwu, Chief Returning Officer, announced in Umuahia that Emenike received a total of 274,133 votes to defeat other six contenders in the party’s governorship primary election. His name was, however, omitted from the list the party’s National Working Committee (NWC) forwarded to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC). The omission of his name made Emenike to approach the law court for justice. The High Court pronouncement has bring to pass Emenike’s earlier assurances to his supporters that the controversy trailing the APC’s governorship primary in Abia State would be resolved in his favour either by the court of law or the party’s leadership He described the list of candidates forwarded to INEC as Adams Oshiomhole’s “private list” that would not stand the test of the law. (Oshiomhole is the national chairman of APC). “I believe strongly that that list is, perhaps at best, Gov. Oshiomhole’s ‘private list,’ which he used his office to forward to INEC. And I’m reassuring the vast supporters of the APC that it will not be the final list at the end of the day,” Emenike said, adding that “ultimately, we have to wait to and see how it pans out. A lot of us who are governorship candidates are in court. And as long as Nigeria is a country governed by the rule of law and practices constitutional democracy, the antics of one man cannot prevail. So, I believe quite frankly that the list is not going to be final. We are hopeful that at the end of the day justice will prevail.” http://247ureports.com/2018/11/court-sacks-uche-ogah-affirms-emenike-as-apcs-governorship-candidate-in-abia/ |
