Every parent has a different ways of educating their kids about wrong and right paths, societal norms, etc. This method is popularly known as parenting styles. Parenting style differs from parent to parent. But few common parenting styles that mostly observed to be used by parents are- authoritative, permissive and authoritarian.
(1) Authoritative- This style is considered as the most ideal way parenting a child, this style includes supporting and encouraging a child, and taking the corrective or Strict measures as and when necessary.
(2) Authoritarian- Strict parenting comes under this style. In this method of parenting, communication between a child and parent very minimal and child is mostly scared or disinterested in working out his opinions and thoughts in front of their parents.
(3) Permissive- parents who pamper believes in pampering their child and keeping the relationship make a friend than a parent comes under this style of parenting.
This blog help parent to identify which parenting style do they follow and how to make changes and improve their style of parenting. Also an important factor to a be a good parent is to understand your child, their issues, emotions and set of mind and come with ways and solutions to better your relationship with your child.
