yes you can apply but during registration for admission, without cert you will be STEPPED DOWN. The Receptionist is just what you called her receptionist, not an authority in these matters, she ,may not even know

UNILAG ACCEPT TRANSCRIPT IF YOU DON'T HAVE ORIGINAL

So I went to make enquiries today and was told if my certificate is not ready as long as I have statement of result and transcript. I am good to go. The receptionist told me so in the Post graduate builiding. @Kalan help me out here. I'm a Bsc (sociology) holder and wants to go for IRPM.

Are you serious I don't have original cert too but I have statement and transcript........wow u are for real I am the most happiest guy on this trend

Pls my original certificate is coming out next year i graduated 2012.........pls am i eligible for the process.............but i tot they said your original cert/transcript must be ready invariably if you dont have original cert you must tender transcript

Unilag does not play with original certificate. even if you scored 100/100 in the exams, without your ORIGINAL CERT during admission your admission will be withdrawn

I clicked on the link earlier but no questions were there. I figured since they said 18th that was the reason the questions were not there. Please did you need to type anything before u started answering the questions?? Or immediately you click the link you start answering the questions because it says once you've logged it you can't retake the test.

Yes but you must have adobe flash installed in your computer before the questions will display
