A tenant put his car for sale and the landlord shows interest in the car, he asked the tenant to deduct his rent from agreed price and he will balance up, but the tenant refuse saying he wants the complete payment for the car. and his rent will be due in two months

is the tenant right or wrong because the landlord is angry. they both young men though
