• Participate in recruitment, selection and induction processes ensuring best practice & company policy are applied in order that the required

Job Requirement:
¥ Experience: 3-7years working experience in a similar HR role.

¥ Knowledge of compensation and benefits packages, flexible benefits and pensions packages.
¥ At least a Professional Qualification /Certification in HR (CIPD associate or member)
¥ Graduate in a relevant discipline is desirable but not essential
¥ Proven strong communication and organization skills
