a) how long will you rely on the benevolence of others? Let's say someone gives you 10,000 today. That money will not last the weekend. Monday you are out again begging. Another 10,000. Before long, people get tired of helping and they move on to other things. You are back to square one.

I have stated below that someone has offered me bike delivery job but to commence in two weeks time. I always wanted to leave the place but had no other thing to hold unto first.

I think it's better to leave and cut your losses or you could sue them at the industrial court. State offices sometimes offer probono lawyers. You need to leave for the sake of your children and find another job. Hardly will you find people willing to help you support your family while you continue to work for free. Good luck.
