Check the redmi 9T, note 9 both have 4/128gb versions, and should fall within your budget

2. Which Phone? Every phone model don't get the same updates.

3. Xiaomi never states everything solved in an update changelog except if it is totally new MIUI Version. If you get an OTA do it.
