Ask around, you can get someone's contact details (or check the Canada thread here on Nairaland), then you just fill the form, fingerprint and scan and send it and a passport photograph by email and they'll send back the PC to you.
I got one that way a couple of years back, 7k or so.

Hello, I recently got a conditional offer for postgraduate admission. However, one of the conditions is to "provide satisfactory documentation which evidences reasons for gap in studies".
This is where the problem lies.... I graduated in 2018 and finished NYSC service year in October 2019. I have documents to prove this.. I got a small teaching job January 2020(no appointment letter, no documents at all), three months later, Corona pandemic came and when schools resumed, the owner closed down the school(Mental breakdown). So, I haven't been employed since then but I have been tutoring university applicants. Please, how do I provide documents for the last one year.
NB: I gave this info in my personal statement..

By law is 6months but some schools only process & issue CAS 3months before resumption. You need to check with your University

hi guys. my agent at UKAES told me today she found a cheap sch for 9k pounds for me. masters in artificial intelligence 1yr. I want to ask. is there a disadvantage in doing 1yr masters to doing 2yrs masters

Application to universities in the UK is generally free, and they want to get you and your money.

Also, I have 2 visit visa refusals (UK) and my school stated you may not get your CAS if you have been refused before . After when I've made a payment of £2,000.. I'm kinda confused

But I have a friend that got her CAS after the deposit of £2,000 (not same school o) ... Just deposit ... They didn't ask for statement of account or TB certificate

Why is my school like that? They are even telling me to get prepared for interview

The certificate is valid for 6months. If your wife is staying longer than 6months with you, yes she needs it for her visa application.

No you are not doing anything wrong. Paga no longer works for IHS and visa payment.
Alternatively you can open a virtual dollar card through barter and fund it by sourcing for dollars from aboki or through friends and families abroad.
Or better still, if you have someone abroad then tell the person to help you make the payment directly.

How can he obtain the form for police criminal record for CRB? Does he need to come to Nigeria?

If he knows someone within the police , they can process it remotely while he sends his finger print remotely ...... but u know naija. Its done easily by man know man

I don't know if they are open but my best advice for passport renewal is to come to naija o. Abuja best option.

i totally share your sentiments.
However, this case is different.
If you check the Canada thread, he is the one that does it especially if you live outside Lagos state.
Police clearance only comes from Lagos and Abuja.
If u live outside lagos and consider transportation to lagos, hotel bills and all.. you could decide to go for non appearance as it saves cost. That’s ASP Moshood and he is known to do it.
The last poster said he can't come from UK to Nigeria and as such I was giving him an option for non-appearance because it works. I was wondering how this poster will come all the way to Nigeria for PCC, at least this person can get it done for him.. I also told him what d real cost is and what not to exceed.

Am not a marketer or their agent. Check my previous post. I said you can get it easily from 9ja Police headquarter Alagbon @ less than #10, 000 but the the gentleman asked about how is friend who lives in UK can get the police report. He said can he travel to 9ja just to get d police report? For those who live in 9ja is advisable they get it from Police HQ @ less than #10, 000.
I paid over £100 myself by getting copies of it delivered at my home address.
