The OP is very dumb. IPOB is a freedom movement that sprung up as a child of necessity against the evil meted on people of the old Eastern region. They were and still very peaceful despite the numerous killings the fulani controlled Nigerian Army have visited on them. During such occasions, many young Igbo men have been killed without anyone being held accountable. Almost every month there's a news about a case of a hustling Igbo youth killed by any of the security personnel most times unprovoked. Do they think that the youth will take all these lying low forever? We warned them but they wrote us away. Today, the youth are fed up and have decided to fight back. The multitude of roadblocks that litter Igboland is beyond imagination. Not even conflict torn North East has such amount of roadblocks with the attendant exploitation of road users day-in day-out. With the excruciating economic situation currently in Nigeria, it's not surprising to see the level of revolt as witnessed today. If the Nigerian government want peace, let them dismantle those unwanted roadblocks and give the people of the region a breathing space. Any person speaking otherwise is an enemy of the region and doesn't deserve any respect.
