Hello,please I will like to know between IELTS and TOEFL,which is cheaper in terms of cost and difficulty

In terms of Length
The ielts exam is 2 hours and 45 minutes while the toefl is 4 hours and again The IELTS speaking section is done face to face with an examiner while the toefl is not.

They are almost the same price with little or no difference
