BoQ is a different document that is site specific, but then I assume you mean to ask what the projected cost to build is? (For this particular design, it is peg at 17~18m

Firstly help me to ask him, this first question ,( am I the one give the job to do in the first in the first place, and who did u give to do pls, ? Ist not adedward pls, u give work to hsl broker and he contact me here to do the work for him, he just abandon the work with me for many months, before calling me to finish it with u, and aloni the line glass was brake, and it's grey glass, I cant find in ur area, I said u should give me time to have work around ur area, since we can't do see the glass there, and come here and want to rubbish my name for the work I helped u to achieve from hsl broker, see client ooo,

Your land size will determine if your brief will fit in it.

Chief, Whether the job was given to you directly or you took it by proxy, a caveat is being attached to your name here and that should matters to you more than anything else.
The client has been patronizing artisans here and shouldn’t be made to regret his decision.
The alleged contractor has resurfaced here recently( or his mentee) so he’s not totally out of reach.
I know you can get this matter resolved, pls do.

For the records, you’re a very good artisan and I never regret engaging you in my projects.
Your after-service maintenance is equally commendable.

So my house was burgled in February by thieves, which left 6 windows and their nets vandalized. The lead bricklayer that built the house took money before he could go and assess the level of damage done to the windows, same with the welder that constructed the burglary proof.
Adedward sent his boys to fix the 6 windows and their nets on our preferred day, without even billing us.
Keep it up man.

Real builders are not on Nairaland 24/7 posting unverifiable stories about projects. They are onsite, doing real work.

Your internet builder could just be an estate agent

Not at all. I just have a distaste for those that fraudulently obtain money from others aka “apanilekunjaiye.”
I am appalled that this n3xt has come back after a long hiatus to continue posting stories on this thread again and no one is warning the newbies yet most of the regular posters are aware of what he did to people.
The scams started as far back as 2011 so this is the 10the year anniversary that I know of and there might have been others before then.
