Hello, is the training for everyone or only those who received the email?

Try the verification link again using opera mini at midnight and stay close to your mail. Immediately it drops, verify using same opera mini and you should be fine.

Note: I tried this several times too before it eventually works.

Dear NYIF Applicant,

Following your application , you have been shortlisted for the NYIF Loan. Therefore, you have been admitted for the compulsory entrepreneurship training, scheduled for Tuesday March 23, 2021 from 8 am to 5.30pm. . The Training will hold on the eLearning Portal of the Federal Ministry of Youth and Sports Development.

Please, NOTE that you have been shortlisted as a beneficiary for the NYIF Loan and if you are absent from the Training you will not be able to access the NYIF Loan. Therefore, you are advised to be present and punctual for all sessions.

To access the eLearning Portal, a Login email will be sent to the email address you used for registration for the NYIF. Please follow the Login guide carefully. You have been assigned to eClass B,. Please check your email regularly.


For further information, the following are attached:

i, An admission letter with details of the training

ii. Copies of Modules 1 to 5 , the reading materials to guide preparation for the training sessions and for future reference.

iii. A Link to a Login Video guide for information on how to login to the eLearning platform :

I'm yet to receive my log in details as my training is on Tuesday.

Keep trying especially around 12am till day break. I was on verification for 34days before I was able to complete my registration.

Why are they frustrating the youth, to collect government grant na another wahala, who will be sitting in front of a computer from 8am -5:30 pm just to collect government grant, what about the network and electricity. If commercial bank loan are attractive, a lot of people will not waste their time on this.
