Quality of roads like the ones in Kaduna even if they are 1 foot long are still better than 1000 rubbish and mediocre Wike roads in Rivers state.

In all Truth and honestly, I'm from the south south region but born and bred in south west, currently based in ogun state and Lagos. I have toured all all south western cities aside Lagos like abeakuta, badagry, ibadan, akure, sagamu. Last year I went to serve in kaduna state and I also toured kano and kastina, the 3 giant is in the north, they are very close to each other so the distance isn't not much.
I was actually surprised at the level of development in kaduna, kano and even kastina. These are the states we used to under rate that they are beggers, nothing good comes from there but if I'm to compare the level of development in kaduna and kano City to south west cities except Lagos, it's way too far. Kaduna is well planned and manage than ibadan. You hardly see brown dusty roofs or dusty unpaved work way, nor dirty littering every where.
Kano and kaduna are far develop than south west cities.

I stayed in Kaduna for close to 5yrs,and kano for some year too,it depends on what u term as development, the brown roof u see at Ibadan are ancient culture,where have you need in Ibadan,Abeokuta and all,this states in the north are just coming up,compare to the south west,

apart from lagos.....these are states i can stay....kano, oyo, kaduna, ogun, kwara and cross rivers.....the rest states are useless

Meanwhile in the southern part of town no roads, street lights are not working and no government institutions. They tactically moved all government establishments to kaduna north. Truly El rufai commenced gutters of recent in christian dominated areas which includes kafanchan.Mind u this started this yr only.Since el rufai came into power,he has concentrated his whole development on kaduna north,infact..he scapes already gud roads that is jst old in age n lay new ones in kaduna north.While in christian areas like kd south erosion wan scatter area n his watching without care.The worst thing is that he collected loans to do all this projects n attempted imposing a development levy on d whole of kd even though his done nothing for kd south.When state police is being mentioned i think of people like el rufai,they will arrest every body that makes negative coments abt them.El rufai is an even bigger ethnic bigot than buhari bliev me.
