how are you out of the race? well it depends on your area. but your selection largely depends on your area. cos it depends largely on quota system. just get above 50. and be safe

now I'm trying to do that of my sister, but whenever I get to the take test portal, it keeps telling me "verification of id failed"....

for the verification of id failed issue,just leave it alone for sometime it will sort itself.. happened to my brother and he did his exam yesterday after so many failed attempt

Thanks.. I feel I tried registering with d 1st email den, but I didn't complete d registration... I later completed d registration with my 2nd email.

My BVN data shows a different mobile than I inputted when registering for Npower. Also, the state of origin I later used is different from what I inputted when registering Npower.

Now I can't edit details to add bank account. The mobile number and state of origin is what is on my BVN data page but it is saying transaction failed. I thought that mobile number doesn't matter but date of birth and state of origin has to match what is on my BVN page but I have been unable to edit this thing. As a result, I can't take the exams.

Summary is, when validating BVN to change and add details like account number, the only thing that matches my BVN data page is the BVN itself, the state of origin (although the state of origin on my Npower dashboard is different) and date of birth. I tried inputting the details as we have it on my BVN data page with the exception of phone number. Guys, what do I do since Npower support is virtually nonexistent?

Log out and relogin again, it will arrange itself. Make sure you use the appropriate sizes of documents. 400pixel for passport, the documents sizes shouldn't be more than 200kb

Good day. My documents uploaded was disorganized, I noticed that after I have taken the test after I logged in to my account. Do you know if one must retake the test or it isn't not necessary again. Thanks

same applied to me also but I kept on trying the 2nd mail till it also gets validated cos the first email my profile did not submit...but since u av submitted and taken the test I don't think dere should b any problem
