like i advised, pls get a 24v 3kva mustpower hybrid inverter it come with 80A mppt@175k,because if u are to get the standalone 3.5kva inverter and a very good 60A mppt CC, u are going to spend 230k upwards. and with hybrid, u spend less on installation materials.

direct from their office at ojota , got their number from their website gan gan, i wanted the hgl series HGL 200, they said its 135k, fat 175 is 125k, then i asked for the fat 160 and she said 115k but........they are currently running promo on fat160 ,its 105k promo price, me sef come think am, na only 40ah remain to be 200ah and that this brand new 160ah is far better and will give u more power and last longer than a fairly used 200ah, me and saint2ace chat tire on the matter, i almost bought a used ritar but thank God for him , he convinced me wella and i transfered money to their acct and ordered for a GOKADA dispatch and it was delivered to my office, na today i go carry am go house , i will connect it with all the street light wey dey my street and the next street, na me go supply them light for 3 days.......

if there is enough funds and offcourse i know your load will increase with time.. try go for a 24V system like i listed for the other guy.
but if limited funds then

first of all, 300w load on a bluegate 650 ups is too much, get a 1.2kva inverter for that, the capacity of your solar panels depends on your battery capacity and if you want to run your load during the day while charging the battery
A rule of thumb I always adhere to is to use 600watts solar panels and a 50a charge controller to every 200ah battery. Tell us your budget first and what you have on ground

My troubles : 1. How many watts solar panel do I need 2. Type of charge controller and what range 3. Do I still need the Anjing Pulse charger with the setup .
