My troubles : 1. How many watts solar panel do I need 2. Type of charge controller and what range 3. Do I still need the Anjing Pulse charger with the setup .

300w solar panel is enough to charge your 100ah battery, make it 400w if you have the extra change. 40a charge controller will do. You may need the anjing charger during periods of bad weather

very important, I made that mistake when I bought my first solar panels, my setup is 12v and I'm using 250w panels which are 24v with pmw charge controller, I've realized that that the pmw is underutilizing the 250w *2 panels because my other setup at home is also 12v but I'm using two 130w panels with pmw and the 130w panels gives me more charge, the only remedy is to get a mppt controller for the 250w panels which I've been putting off due to high price of mppt, I was advised against using those panels for 12v system but a marketer here on nairaland sold bad fairly used battery to and refused refunding me my money with his usual grammar self made rule of no refund for used batteries so I had to balance more money and make do with the panel because we were dealing from different states

There is a way you can turn your 250w 36v panels to 18v thereby increasing the current, that is if you are tech savvy. That was what I did for mine thereby eliminating the need for the mppt controller

it involves you splitting the 72 cells into two,then connecting them in parallel to achieve the result, you will need a multimeter, a soldering iron, 6mm cables(like 4m) to connect the ends you disconnected. You can go through my posts, I uploaded the pictures a while back

Why 2x 150w panel will work better with pwm, but mppt will use 1 300w without issue?
