I believe that the owner would have realized you didn't save any money for him but you wanted to kill him. 2019, 10m for 3 bed duplex and two units

I would not argue with you.
Your statement shows you don't have an idea of what you are saying. The project in question is a 4 Bedroom Duplex with laundry, gym and maids room attached and another storey building for saloon all built at the same time. But here you are saying what you know nothing about.

Anyways you are entitled to your opinion. It's a faceless forum.
