As we support the act of IPOB setting free thousands of criminals from prison lets us not hear cries of "insecurity" when these hardened criminals start kidnapping, robbing and killing innocent people o!

Those that refused to go are either Christians, those whose terms are nearly done and those who have been institutionalized and can't think of life outside prison walls.

No one should support the release of these prisioners from jail, no matter what anyone says. This can only end badly for the people of the South East.

Suddenly a large number of potentially dangerous criminals have been unleasehed on the region. At the end of the day, it is the poor people of the South East that will suffer, and suffer badly.

This is bad. No two ways about it.

(Note. Saying this does not mean I support amnesty for Boko Haram or bandits or Fulani herdsmen. In my opinion, they too should be in jail)

My advice for South Western governors should stop any migration of igbos from the east to Yorubaland for now ,it is for our own good

I laughed when I imagined how the security guards in the prison must have hurriedly pulled off their uniforms and joined the prisoners to escape grin

And you think this is funny right??
if you are in Owerri and Imo state your security threat just increased by 7x.

You think that's funny.

Most people are treating this as 'we strking back against the government'...forgetting that they too are first in line when those crooks get ready to strike. Governemnt official can just requisition lotsa cops to protect him or her.

Nigerian Army Nd Police came to Orlu and kidnapped elderly women and men. Accused them to be IPOB and kept them in cell since months and weeks now. Arrested all white garment church pastors in the land. And you say the prison shouldn't be broken?
Let us be rational in our thinking, two wrongs doesn’t make a right.jail breaking is not the answer for the aforementioned claim because there are due process which must be followed but our so called politicians {thieves} has placed a very bad examples. Please let learn to do the right things.

Why are people on this platform blaming Nigerians, east, west , north or south? A government that has failed in it’s primary responsibility to protect lives and property should be blamed. If not for the fact that the National Assembly has failed woefully, they would have tabled articles of impeachment long ago against this failed leadership. If laws are not being enforced, do you think the average person will be law abiding?........spits

I think we should make a law making it mandatory that if the president comes from a party, the next party with a majority that is not the president ‘s party should produce the heads of the National Assembly.

Nigeria is doomed.

EL-Rufai said Kaduna is almost 8 million people but the entire police force in Kaduna state is 11,000 people.

how can 11,000 people police 8 million people. Lagos can't boast of 30,000 police people. Nigeria has less than 400k police force. no weapons, no training, salaries and entitlements are not paid. The entire population of our Army, Airforce, Navy, Police, civil defence is not up to 2 million people. We are almost 200 million in population.

The pattern of prison break will continue. Bokoharam started it to free their men that were captured. IPOB has joined the same patter. unfortunately, we don't have an accurate data base to track the criminals.

The Youth in South East are tired of the uncountable police posts and checkpoints in the East. they have now resorted to killing them. police are scared to stand on roads. in fact they now wear plain cloths to work.

If anyone can't see that Nigeria is headed to the cesspit, needs an eye check.

Every region in Nigeria is bedevilled with all sorts of carnage.

We will see more police men being killed, police station robbed with weapons carted away in the East, soon, Niger Delta and South West will follow.

Every country elect leaders to make life better but Nigeria made a historical mistake with Buhari. In all these, the guy dey London dey catch cruise.

probably watching BBC. he can't be bothered

Oh bro God bless this what I was trying to passed to one low IQ NL member this morning that when the system failed be expecting the weirdest but he failed to understand.

In Nigeria history can anyone tell me under which regime or administration jail break occurred not once not twice within 5 years?..

Bad market is bad market. Any bad market can not be package to sell. Bad market should be discharge or disposed off. Buhari is bad market he lack leadership capacity and he is exceptional politically naive.

They have just signed the death sentence of some innocent souls. Prison escapees are known to go after principal witnesses or even victims as a form of revenge.

Well, it is Nigerians that not only vote for bad leaders, but refuse to put pressure on the leaders to do the right thing.

Democracy is not about casting vote alone.
