Bro this has been my line of though for some time , 2 Key south eastern states are building Airports , another should build a sea/river-port or a canal. There is need to open our inland water ways to the high seas with jetties and barges.

Another S.East state can do Rail too or is rail in the exclusive list of the Government, Azumini Port will be a game changer like the Anambra Airport

Rail and seaports are on the exclusive list, and besides, hell will first freeze over before a Buhari gov't approves one to be built at Obuaku or Azumini! If by the off-chance they do, they will make sure no one kobo of Abuja money is spent on its construction.
