I am in a dilemma now.

I have an ordinary national diploma certificate, I am yet to collect it, though I haven't done my final clearance. and I have something doing now that I can't leave it for that or else I lose the chance.

I want to Know if I can still do the clearance and collect it after like four years or so?

please help.

Why can't you do the clearance now? Time or money?

Hmmm I wouldn't know how seamless the procedure will be in 4/5yrs time.. It will depend on the institution, department, also non-teaching personnels you'll come across..

I'd say the earlier, the better.

I'll advise you make out a day and get it done cos the earlier the better. Clearance is always about money not time. If you have money it will usually expedite the process.

it is more like I have to go somewhere and at the same time I am going to have my clearance few weeks coming.

if I go on with the clearance, which will take me sometimes.. I have missed the other one..

You intend to travel abroad, and you hope to be back in 4-5 years.

If you can't do the clearance now, you can always do it later as long as you have all your documents and fee receipts intact. In some institutions someone can even help you with the clearance.
