Nigeria Since I Was Born Has Been Cursed And Yet.... There are Nigerians who I pity the most. They are those who think President Buhari is their nemesis. I truly sympathise with them. And there are many of them on this platform. They will soon come here to justify their criticism and hatred of the man. They will soon come here to give me some hard history lessons about how since Adam Buhari jinxed Nigeria and how anyone would have been better than Buhari. They will soon come here to educate him about how Nigeria was relatively great until Buhari took the reins of power. They will soon come here to correct Olakunle Allison's misguided and ill-informed analysis of the man whose motto is "Divide and Conquer" (as if we were not polarised before now). They will come and I will be here silent and sorry for them. You see, I have said it before and it is worth reiterating that Nigerians have the shortest memory since God created the brain. Or rather they have selective amnesia. They are only capable of remembering what they want to remember. President Muhammadu Buhari is a very old, frail, maybe even weak-minded and flawed man, but to opine that he is Nigeria's nemesis is the height and depth of folly. The problems we face today and the cries we hear today have been a part of my lived experience since I was born into Nigeria. There was never a time since I was born that Nigerians from all walks of life and from every tribe and tongue did not cry and wail about Nigeria. Never! Someone might say; "but not like this. They did not cry and wail like this". I laugh. They also said that too BEFORE Buhari. I heard many Nigerians say under Goodluck Jonathan that it has never been this bad for Nigeria. I heard Nigerians say the same under Umaru Yaradua. I heard cries and wails under Olusegun Obasanjo. In fact, since I was a teenager and knew enough about Nigerian Politics, people have always narrated their misfortunes under every regime. They would lament that it was never this bad in times past. It appears that Nigerians are in the sport of exaggerating their present pains and wishing for the glorious past that was never glorious. Nigerians are gaslighting themselves. Here is the truth; President Buhari is not our problem. He is a symptom of it. I can't even believe i needed to state the obvious. You will know this when he is out of Office. Whoever succeeds him will face the same chorus of cries and wails. There will be millions who will lament that things are worse under him or her, whoever that person may be. Some will even wish for the days of Buhari just as some now wish Jonathan was still in Office. Trust me, I have seen this play out over and over again. Here is another truth; No matter how bad the country gets and how loud the cries and wails get, many Nigerians are not without success stories. Under this administration I have seen young men with legit incomes buy lands and build houses. Under this administration I have seen people marry and throw lavish parties every weekend. Under this administration I have seen people win scholarships abroad to study. Under this administration I have seen small and medium size businesses thrive and flourish (even some on this platform). Under this administration I have heard people testify that last year was the best year so far for their business or trade. Good things are happening even under Buhari (just like they did under former Presidents) for those who understand that their destinies are in their hands. I feel that Nigerians are so used to complaining that they now have an unhealthy appetite for it. Complaining has become oxygen to them. But complaining about Buhari all day will not change anything because that man is not your problem. The problem of Nigeria is foundational and structural. Never forget this. At the risk of being blasphemous, even our Lord Jesus Christ will fumble if He were the President of a flawed system with foundational problems. The Holy Scriptures say that if the foundation be destroyed, what can even the righteous do? So yes, even Jesus Christ would fumble in the current Nigerian system. My guess is that Jesus Christ would first have to overhaul and restructure it before He can fix it. Continue to blame Buhari whilst your mates are busy taking their destinies in their own hands and doing exploits in the midst of challenges. The light shines only in the dark, and shines brightest when it is darkest. I am no hailer. I am no wailer. I am just a truthsayer. |

Judolisco:And she was the one that spoke about it then. What wrong has she said now, or what lie did she tell? When she told you that the AsoRock clinic was not equipped you believed and you were very happy because you saw something to use and bash Buhari. You believed her that time. Now she has told you that she received treatment in Nigeria, you refused to believe this one and you are saying that she is lying. Can you see how hypocritical, cynical and dubious the average Nigerian's mind is? |
“Unfortunately, the State House clinic at Aso Rock, had not been functioning efficiently to provide needed medical services to the first family and other government functionaries. “It was on this note that she condemned the management of the clinic, adding that the health centre did not have the facilities to treat patients. According to her, she had to visit a private clinic after she discovered that the x-ray machine of the State House clinic was not working. [\quote] But the cabal and her husband have been budgeting millions and millions of Naira for 6 good years and counting for the rehabilitation of this same hospital. The way God will judge Nigeria politicians... |

Whether you receive treatment in private hospital or not, you are still part of the problem of Nigeria, when you travel out of the country to stay in Dubai or America or London, who foots your bills and expenses there? Tax payers money is used for that and you can't lie to me that you don't see get to run general body check up with expensive doctors there. I can't be fooled! Ehen! You raised alarm about hospital in abuja, has the health sector being fixed now? |

The clinic in Aso Rock wasn't functioning, why didn't you do something about it? You're the First Lady, surely impressing it on you husband could have made him do something about the appalling state of the clinic. |

Unfortunately, Nigerians will not be able to break through the Fibonacci codes and Davinci clues hidden in the body language, actions and words of the first lady. Our goddess! Sorry ma, we have never been good at anything safe corruption.you have long thrown pieces of the cryptex randomly to help us decipher the Nigerian Grail code but here we are. From North to South, insecurity have caught up with us. No matter how we deny it, we obviously know where we are heading to. Our peril is failure in our understanding Either we wakeup together and hold Or we continue sleeping and perish together. I see no hand of God. |
