It was reported that several Nigerian influencers were hired by Venezuelans to wage a Twitter war on behalf of Alex Saab. Many of these influencers had their Twitter accounts suspended. See previous threads here.

Buzzfeed later released an article in which they claimed that several influencers including Japhet Joshua Omojuwa, Pamilerin Adegoke and Tonto Dikeh were approached to take part in the Venezuelan campaign. See here https://www.nairaland.com/6498745/nigerian-social-media-influencers-paid

Some Twitter users subsequently searched for directors of Omojuwa's company (as listed by the CAC) and they discovered that Dr Oby Ezekwesili and Mallam Nasir El-Rufai were listed as directors.

Dr Ezekwesili's son tweeted that his mother was not aware that she was listed as a director in Alpha Reach (Omojuwa's company). Dr Ezekwesili's lawyers have now asked the CAC and Omojuwa to explain the listing.

So if Omojuwa apologises, then it is admission of guilt, i.e. he did the forgery, then the state will have to prosecute him for forgery. This is interesting...

If Oby Ezekwesili wasn't duly contacted but her details were filed with CAC and signatures forged then it is CRIMINALLY a case of identity theft and fraud.

However, I have neither hate nor love for Japhet Omojuwa but one thing I admire about him is his savviness in taking MAXIMUM advantage of what every social medium offers from Twitter, Instagram to clubhouse. He works hard everyday and makes money everyday with readiness and willingness to cut corners whenever possible like every businessman would do.

He is not worse than your Dangote, Jim Ovia, Tony Elumelu, Atiku, Oba Otudeko, Peter Obi, etc. He is not even worse than former POTUS Donald Trump who till date has refused to come clean on his tax matters.

Actually where's form C02 and C07 to know who actually sign the documents and whose Passports,means of ID , addresses used and signatures were on them.


That is when actually crimes might have been committed.

Anybody could claim those names....or he might have asked them to be Directors, which they forgot that they have given their consents .


These forms will reveal the mystery.

To be listed as a Director on CAC documents, you need to submit ID and sign a number of documents. How did Omojuwa acquire Oby's documents and signature? Hmm.

To register a company at CAC, every director you listed as directors must provide a means of identification.

So why is she pretending like she doesn't know?
