I remember that someone posted about it in this thread, but I didn't pay much attention to it.
A friend mentioned it again today, hence my post to find out if it's true.

It can NEVER be true because they did not state it categorically in the advert that "all" EH applicants "must" have masters degree. I bet the people spreading this news are EH applicants with masters who are just trying to raise their hope.

1. If all three candidate have very strong connect, who do you think would be considered for the post?
2. If all three candidates have no connect, who is most likely to be considered?
