₦35,000,000....like that plot i can develop twin fdeplux and divide plot into 2 the use 50m to develop the place ....total investwment will be around 80m .....then sell for minimum 55m each x 2 = 110m -80m =30 even at 50m each 20m made .....
. You made it sound easy. How long will it take to get a buyer.I know how I suffered it getting my capitals back when a fnd talked me into car business years back.

Honestly, I think Lazyyouth4you is allergic to Ahiboilandgas. We all like ahiboilandgas and his contributions, he mustn't be attacked for expressing his views however he pleases.

Ahiboilandgas is very unique on this thread, because he is one of the few aboki with southern business acumen and can voice his views on so many areas without being biased.. He should be encouraged and not attacked.

We all know the challenges in the north, in terms of high level of illiteracy and poverty. So we should encourage one of them for joining us to talk about investments and innovations.

Lazyyouth4you, please sheathe your sword and live and lets live.

It's okay to believe what you want to believe. But I can critically tell you that alot of great contributors here are not audio like some small minds called them. They actually talk from personal experience and that's what a lot of people pay for in a conference.

It is called information, we all know information is power and knowledge is wealth, some people are wealthy in knowledge and some are just trying to say it from their personal experience and not to brag about it.

This thread was a village before full of like minded people, nobody has ever forced ideas on anyone and we respect each others opinion because everyone is entitled to their own opinion, if you dont like what you see, jump pass biko.
I changed my moniker when I realized someone keeps talking about how S/he couldn't sleep because of the figures on my property that i rejected plus the thread is now full of hateful words and I used to post with the mindset of come chop. When sukuk bonds lll was out and some of the people who we invested together were worried because they didn't see their allotment letter, some of us posted our allocation letter here with nothing to worry about...just to keep ourselves informed that it would soon get to them.
Someone had posted a property I intend to sell here before just to seek for negotiation advice without knowing the owner is on this same thread.

I know some great contributors on this platform who had changed their moniker and deactivated their former handles because of constant attack for saying what they're not getting paid for. Why all the hate even on what we call faceless forum? Please guys, we don't need all these bad energy. Biko!!!

I understand you perfectly, don't get me wrong, I know there are real billionaires who come in here to read on what's happening

However Billionaires have a specific kind of character, they don't come on a Faceless Forum bragging about how much they have, or the hot chick he is about to sleep with, that is gutter behaviour and it depicts someone looking to deceive the gullible public, real billionaires do not brag, you may not even know until they reveal to you, real money is subtle and not loud

I respect you, the likes of emmanuelewumi and other contributors, but you see that guy, there is a loose connection between his mouth and his brain

Today he posted something about how he is building houses in middle and upper income areas in prime locations in Lagos and Abuja. As soon as I called him out on that he deleted it. All these people attacking me don’t even know why I called him out because they didn’t read the post.

Someone that is jejelly earning his 400k will come here and be forming audio boss and some idiots are hailing him. How can I be jealous? Like seriously.

It cheapens the value of this thread when people come and make false statements. That’s why I’m against the audio people. If we all start dropping audio rubbish here, how will anyone take what people say in this place seriously undecided

I also respect your opinion and I have nothing against you, but there are many of us who discuss issues out of this thread that I know are real investors and sometimes we disagree to agree without bashing anyone, that's what this thread stands for....everyone has a voice, as long as no one is asking anyone for personal funds.

Oga madam, I was following the trend as it was happening and I can tell you that he did not say he was building in middle and upper class areas. What he said was something like building in those areas yields good investments and that was in response to the guy who asked him the question and followed up with "show us the way na".
He has since followed up now with Gbagada as an example, I hope you are not going to interpret that to mean that he said he has buildings or that he is building in Gbagada?

But come to think of it, even if he claimed to be building in those areas, why exactly do you have a problem with it?
