The development of present day Lagos cannot be achieved by any Igbo-speaking state in the next 10 years. I am not trying to spite but painting the reality the way it is. People from Orlu want to buy houses in Lagos. But nobody from Lagos or any other part of Nigeria wants to buy a property in Orlu except those in Orlu.

mostly folks like you that defend Ikoyi Lekki n co are really not Lagos dwellers but just get to visit oft time. baba there's nothing special in those places you've mentioned
