Franzinni:So tell me the ones with fathers that are causing turbulence and chaos in Nigeria don't have role models?. Who then is to blame for the lack of male role models? God or devil? lol. I can't believe you are naive enough to take "the future is female " literally. |

lkillbrokehoes:Well good for you and your family. But then fate can be cruel to some people and they are left with limited options. If my daughter decides to be a single mother by choice or circumstances , I will support her all the way. This is 2021 , unlike you Nigerians that will rather die just to bear Mrs, I am evolved and enlightened to know not everyone will find love and companionship in their life time, the joy of motherhood is greater than any marriage as far as I am concerned. |

lexy2014: Once a person does something and realises later that what they did was wrong, and that they shouldn't have done it, then it's a mistake. A mistake is different from an accident, but let's not debate that. Point is, she got pregnant, should she then have aborted the baby? |

Ladycewhy:I hope you keep to what you preach, it's not about preaching what you wouldn't practice, don't mislead alot of young responsible women out there. besides, most of what some of you say online, is different from what you practice in the real world, this is why I don't take most of you serious, let's take Linda as a case study, a feminist who went to steal a rich guy's sperm even after preaching to y'all, yet she didn't practice what she preached. |
Re: Uche Ogbodo: Single & Pregnant At 34, So What? by Ladycewhy(f): 6:19pm On Apr 12, 2021 |
lkillbrokehoes:Being a hypocrite like you Nigerians is not my forte. You should rather be concerned about your men dumping their seeds and not ready for commitment. If a woman gets pregnant and the man doesn't do the needful by making her his wife? how have my comment misled the lady? will I or her go and force the guy to marry her? will she go and kill herself because people like you for reasons best known to you take it as an abomination?. A man can impregnate atleast two women in a day, and if he keeps it up calculate how many women he will end up impregnating in a year, but a woman can only give birth once in a year. By logic you are focused on the wrong gender.Tell your men to be more responsible. And as for linda ,shey her title now is mama so so and so,that trumps any other honor in the life of a woman. |

Ladycewhy: your submissions are overboard, killing of twins is inhumane and not supported by two out of three religion in nigeria not to mention the law. On the contrary, do you know no religion in the world supports wedlock, no matter how much our world evolves some cultural values will never fade. next time you want to argue look for valid points. |
Re: Uche Ogbodo: Single & Pregnant At 34, So What? by Nobody: 6:42pm On Apr 12, 2021 |
Ladycewhy: So why do brides dance there soul out on wedding day, i have been to so many naming ceremony never seen a mother dance like a bride. do you know wedding day is the only day referred to as *joyous day of a woman*. any gurl can decide to get pregnant in her own time buh women can't decide when to wed, so its alway a big deal & an achievement especially among there peers |
Re: Uche Ogbodo: Single & Pregnant At 34, So What? by Ladycewhy(f): 6:49pm On Apr 12, 2021 |
larryjonze:Overboard ? but they were cultural beliefs once upon a time. So also the so called cultural belief you hold so dear has its flaws. Even with proper use of contraception ,pregnancy can still occur, so should we now burn single mothers alive? because of your cultural beliefs? shouldn't the man who planted his seed share from the responsibility as well? it is the man who will make the decision to marry her isn't it? so now that she is pregnant and the man doesn't want to marry her should she tie him with a rope and drag him to the registry? should the society stone her to death because she is pregnant and the man doesn't want to put a ring on it?. Some way or another the likes of you will eventually have to come to terms that some things are just not black and white, there is brown and there is purple as well. Marriage is not meant for everything ,some will get married and divorce while some will not even attempt it at all ,some will not want kids ,while some will want kids with no marriage. Your opinion can't dictate the lives of millions of people. If you had the luck of finding a companion, good for you, but some are not that lucky and we can't expect them to waste their motherhood away just to please the likes of you. |
Re: Uche Ogbodo: Single & Pregnant At 34, So What? by lkillbrokehoes: 6:50pm On Apr 12, 2021 |
Ladycewhy:Seriously am i the reason why some of you women fall into the trap of wrong/bad guys? most of you see the handwriting on the wall but you will still take the risk because of some stupid love. most women want a rich bad guy, and you think a rich bad guy will stay with you forever without having fun with other girls? this is the same thing that happened to chioma, she wanted a rich bad guy(Davido), even when she knew he's a bad ass player. she still stuck by him and now you know the end result? chioma wanted love but davido as a bad sharp guy just wanted a kid and nothing more, y'all should stop blaming men, blame yourselves because y'all took the wrong decision. besides, if this lady got impregnated by a responsible guy who love and care about her, there's no way he wouldn't marry her but she got impregnated by irresponsible guy, who's just interested in the cookie and once he got it successfully, he's done. and lastly, do you think Linda's son won't ask about his dad later on? kids needs their father as well as their mother. |

larryjonze:The joy of holding a child that just came out of you can't be compared to anything, but I don't expect you to understand, after all na "your wife don born" una dey only hear. |

lkillbrokehoes:Again another round of castigation and finger pointing. Mr pharisee, oh heaven's advocate and assistant God, we have heard you, take a placard to the national assembly and protest to take it to your religious houses to ban single mothers if your are that troubled. Linda's son should not be your concern, don't you have your own family to be concerned about? why you carry linda matter for head like gala? And by the way ,I am sure her son will have the best of things even you with both parents never had in your life. So face front. 1 Like 1 Share |

Re: Uche Ogbodo: Single & Pregnant At 34, So What? by Ladycewhy(f): 7:17pm On Apr 12, 2021 |
larryjonze:And the ones who fate is not kind to experience such , should we now pick up stones and throw at them for choosing to experience the joy of motherhood regardless of their cruel fate? To each his own, to those who find their life partner, we will rejoice with them, to those who can't and choose to have children we will be understanding and not given them reason to bow their heads ,a child is a blessing and there is no illegitimate in the sight of God. 1 Like 1 Share |

Ladycewhy:Linda should be my concern because she mislead alot of you, even Beyonce did "all single ladies". but later married her long time boyfriend, why are some of y'all so easy to be deceived? it's obvious most of you don't know what you want or are just extremely confused lolz. And lastly to burst your bubbles, I never lacked anything as a kid, my father gave us all the love, same with my mom and that's enough for me and my siblings, i can't say the same thing about you. |
Re: Uche Ogbodo: Single & Pregnant At 34, So What? by Ladycewhy(f): 7:34pm On Apr 12, 2021 |
lkillbrokehoes:Lol, I am also sure your politicians stealing your common wealth and keeping it with your colonial masters never lacked anything as well, lol,but look how they too turned out. Why are you even crying more than the misled tho? aren't women useless and bring nothing to the table according to nairaland anthem? then let women be misled ,face your front. In those days women were thrown out for simply adding too much salt to soup now women don't even want marriage anymore ,here you are crying more than the bereaved. Marriage is not for everyone ,if a woman decides a baby is more priority to her than being a maid to a man all in the name of marriage, it's her choice , respect it and face your life. |
Re: Uche Ogbodo: Single & Pregnant At 34, So What? by Nobody: 7:36pm On Apr 12, 2021 |
tunjijones:Wrong assertion. What about your parents, are they not happily married? If you are getting married with the motive of sweet all rounder, you will always fall into the category you stated above. Marriage has a lot of challenges, if you cannot face it you fall out |
Re: Uche Ogbodo: Single & Pregnant At 34, So What? by Nobody: 7:36pm On Apr 12, 2021 |
Ladycewhy: Yeah !! overboard and i don't think criticism against wedlock is prepostorous like i said its normal for the a society to react because the society are the custodian of cultural values, las las we go shutup she go carry her cross. i have young gurls that are suppose to be in school carrying babies around ... after such mistake i still see these gurls doing hookup or hopping into different cars @ night, most of these babymama tinz are dividend of waywardness & covetousness of the female gender. Like i said the society will only react, las las these ladies will bear their cross alone ... get use to it. |
Re: Uche Ogbodo: Single & Pregnant At 34, So What? by Ladycewhy(f): 7:39pm On Apr 12, 2021 |
larryjonze:Exactly, oga bear your cross and let her bear hers. There are women who have died in marriage ,they too beared their cross. This life nor get manual, so long as it is not a crime , she is within her legal rights to have a child,if your morals doesn't support it, thats on you. I too i am part of that society you speak of, so not all of society will react ,some of you just decided to be stuck in 1970 and that's on you. |

One idiot in my area was caught by her husband and the umunna summoned her only for the fool to open her mouth to say that her puna belongs to her and she has every right to give to whoever she desired to . Next thing she did was to drang her husband with her and the mumu followed her home . He went to his sis with his wife she sent them away cause nothing kills men better than this. Just covered my face and be shaming for her . |

MISSCONGENIALITY:It does, it really does. The bastard that will be born will exist in the same society that we all live in. Research the statistics children from single mothers have the highest rate of crime, going to prison, and being a nuisance to society. If we keep having women birth these bastards in the name of single motherhood the stats shows a probability(potential) of our environment been overidden with a high level of disorder 1 Like |

Reasonable action taken at the right time But I still condemn those village kids that give take in at the age of 18 to 25yrs. Without a handwork. This is Nigeria anything can happen, after giving birth she will marry. Mark my words. THIS LADY WILL MARRY AFTER GIVING BIRTH. Except she refused the proposal. |

ibkonekt:I've heard you sir. I don't have power to argue so let me just agree with you that you are right. All the crimes commuted are carried out by bastards. Even Davido that impregnates every woman that comes his way is a bastard. Wizkids and 2baba are bastards. All our Theives in government are wicked and cant make policies that will benefit the people because they are bastards. Yes, all these celebrities giving birth to kids with woman and men who are not their wives or husband are breeding criminals. All the people in prisons around Nigeria bastard. All BOKO HARAM members, kidnappers and bandits, all fulanis herdsmen and even police and military men brutalizing citizens everyday are bastards. All the Yahoo boys and drug trafickers are bastards. Even those collecting bribe in different government offices are bastards. Yeah you are right, I think we are all bastards and that's why our society if so bad. There should actually be a law the prevent on married women from getting pregnant and giving birth while the while unmarried men should be empowered to share their seed to any lady that comes their way be it married or single. |

Ikukuudo:She will if she wants. There Truth is that whether married for single, don't give birth when you can't take care of the child. That's where I have a problem. And if you can take care of only one child, don't give birth to 4 cos na trouble you dey find. 1 Like |
Re: Uche Ogbodo: Single & Pregnant At 34, So What? by ibkonekt(m): 10:20am On Apr 13, 2021 |
MISSCONGENIALITY: you do not need to agree with me, do your research. the statistic says so. the highest number of crimes and societal ills are predominatly dominated by children from single parent home. wizkid, davido and celebrities have only used women's greed against them. in all the celebrities that you mentioned none of them rape or forced any of these ladies to open their legs. the women opened their legs and allowed men to violate her body because she wanted a commitment from such a man or wanted his resources. women are the gatekeepers of sex. it is a woman's responsibility to hold her virtue until marriage, if she fails in this the accountability lies with her if the man does not marry. she was a fool who cannot discern properly. you make a disingenuous claim by using "all" Boko haram this, all politicians this. this is a straw man argument with the intent to cloud the point. there are no stats to measure how many bastards are in Boko haram or thugs on the street and prison so your point there is baseless. if there was it would most likely be bastards or children from dysfunctional homes that dominate the stats. as per politicians, they are a tiny representative of our society about 0.5% of the population that is indicative of nothing. politicians are highly corrupt and disgusting but when talking stats you consider the majority to make a proper analysis. There should actually be a law the prevent on married women from getting pregnant and giving birth while the while unmarried men should be empowered to share their seed to any lady that comes their way be it married or single. another disingenuous point trying to play the victimhood narrative. women decide who they open their legs to, why didn't Chioma leave school for a random broke guy living under the bridge in the name of love, why don't women get pregnant for nobodies. the fact is that law or no law women will always chase vanity which men like davido and wizkid have in abundance and since these women have the only vagina and makeup. they will get used ruthlessly and try to claim victim after sleeping with 376men in her youth. a man is not allowed access to a woman's body if she does not deem him worthy aka money, height, build, strength, fame, intelligence. so your point here is also rubbish because you cannot create a law to police male and female dynamic interaction. this is biology at work plain and simple. everyone is accountable for their action |
