Islam has a central authority that must be followed, so as to control division & heresy.
Its a fact that a Muslim is a brother to another Muslim, as such every Muslim in Nigeria is under the leadership of Sultan of Zakwato aka Sokoto. Its socially irresponsible not to have a central authority, for man can't live like animals.
