Etebo tries I agree but the thing is how effective is he in the role? yes he was our best midfielder but can you recall any game and say wow Etebo you sure stood out. During the WC and AFCON how many games can you say yes we won the midfield battle? Etebo in my opinion has not been played in a role that allows him to play his best football and Rohr should be held responsible for that. Siasia seemed to be able to get the best out of him BascoVanVeli: |

chrisooblog:GBAM! That CM role doesn't seem to suit him well. He should have continued his normal role as a winger or SS . He has pace, tricks, powerful shots and all,but lacks the technical know how of a good CM |

The Vandrezzer saga is why folks like Dangote are trying buy foreign clubs like Arsenal. Nothing works in this country. |

Ppogbae:Big shame! That's the sad reality of our country.. The people trying to fix things are being frustrated by the system, hence forcing them to leave it for those who are frustrating it.. Now we can see why private investors shy away from the local league... |

Exactly CM is at best a makeshift role for him. He thrives in or around the box. His days at Warri Wolves and in the U23s highlight the kind of positions he was effective in. Danielnino00: |

VANDREZZER FC BIDS NNL FAREWELL The Management of Vandrezzer Football Club of Lagos has decided to withdraw from further participation from all activities of the Nigeria National League with immediate effect. The decision becomes imperative in view of the fact that the Management and Board of the Nigeria National League as presently constituted has demonstrated enough resolve and communicated same to us in clear terms that our club, with its transformation agenda is not in any way needed in the NNL league. Recall that in our bid to reposition the league and open it up to become visible enough to be able to generate revenue in accordance with global best practices; we requested and received a written approval from the hierarchy of the Nigeria National League an approval to stream live, all our games home and away. Our intentions were to expose the league to the world, at enormous expense to us and our sponsors, in order for easy marketability and standardization. Danielnino00:U see that coach ehn with his unspellable name every time I stay up late to watch the Bucks the guy will never play Nwora. I don tire for the guy matter. Well Jordan has proven that he can score in the NBA but the coach sees him as the 3rd option in his position and that is without Giannis in the lineup. Now that I see his full package in the league I feel it would have been better for him not to get drafted and then select exactly where he wanted to go. I don't understand how he could have gone so low in the first place. Jordan is the real deal. |
