As the technical director, I say we need more Foreign borns in this team.

By the way why didn't Ajagun aka forgiveness make this sqaud? He even deserved a starting shirt. Johnbullmyson has been in good form lately, he deserves a chance in this squad.

The technical department cannot approve this list angry
Interference don start... We never even hear from the coach himself, Sir TheGoodJoe... Yet you don already reject list. Lol

Olanrewaju Kayode scored again for Sivasspor today. His side won 3-2 away at Genclerbirligi in the Turkish Super Lig.

His League stats now read 3 goals + 2 assists in 26 games (12 starts).

In all competitions, the 2009 Naija U-17 grad has 8 goals + 2 assists in 33 games (16 starts).
Kayode lost form sha

Yes, he did. But he has bagged two goals and an assist in his last three games for Sivasspor. Shows he is working his way back gradually.

Hopefully he keeps it going.

A player with good potentials but still has much to learn in terms of being more assertive or influential for his side.

This is why I said before that if we keep focus on Ejaria who remains in the Championship then it would be fair also to extend same focus to Naija midfielders like Kelechi Nwakali doing well in a much technically better 2nd tier such as La Liga Smartbank.

If Ramon Azeez was also doing just as well, I would be giving him mention too but there's still time to bring up Azeez once he returns to better showings.

The point is if we are capping from the Championship, then we may as well cap from the La Liga Smartbank provided the players involved have earned it.

Nwakali is levels ahead of Ejaria. Ejaria's game is too amateurish for a pro player

my left leg nor be here oo. You want to bench a left footed right winger?. My cut in with my left leg is far better than Chukwueze cut in. I score goal for fun with my banana-like curl shot!. Na malouda be my nickname for uniben back in the day grin. I didn't like the comparison though cos I'm better.

Jamilu Collins helped SC Paderborn 07 secure a point after playing goalless with Suleiman Abdullahi's Eintracht Braunshweig.

Collins finished as the Highest rated player for Paderborn according to Sofascore.
He made 6 Interceptions, 1 tackle and 1 Clearance. He also won 5/8 of his total duels.

That's 8 clean sheets earned for Paderborn in 19 league games. Still has no goal or assist.

TheSuperNerd:
In Bundesliga 2, it's Suleiman Abdullahi (Eintracht Braunshweig) vs Jamilu Collins (SC Paderborn 07).

Game now at 41 mins. 0-0.

Meanwhile in the Portuguese Primeira Liga NOS, Awaziem and Boavista are coasting to victory over Fifth placed Pacos de Ferreira.

Boavista leads 2-0.

Awaziem had to be subbed off on 79mins though because of an injury/knock. Was having a decently solid game before his departure.

And yes, he was Captain again today.

Additionally, 22 yrs old Kuku Fidelis made his Boavista debut today. Came on for Angel Gomes on 90+3mins and played the final 8mins of added time.

No caps man... Indeed the La Liga Smartbank teams are just "technically" better than the Skybet Championship sides. They play better football in the Spanish 2nd tier compared to the quality of football played in the English 2nd tier. Observed this keenly for the past three seasons now.

With that said, both 2nd tiers boast fine teams and players.
How dare you compare the money right championship to a small league like segunda division?
Fulham alone will pay the wage of half of these segunda teams grin
