The construction processes of two bedroom luxury apartments will be made available here.

Description of the property
The property comprises of 6 Units of 2bedrooms apartments. The building has three floors and each floor contains 2 units each with two staircases

The building is supported on pad footings.

The project is in two phases:
1. The shell/ carcass works
2. Finishes & fixtures.

Duration of project is 5 months for phase I only.

We started this project on the 12th of April 2021.

Preparing for ground casting

Ground floor blocks setting out: The block sizes are 9" for external and internal while the toilet areas are 6"

The columns sizes are : 450 × 230, 350 x 230 and 230 x 230 as designed..

I did same height on my build with matching windows.

Floor to ceiling 3.3m +150mm slab = 3450mm. Even my tall client was like “This is cool.”
