I will only consider companies that are physically located within Nigeria's legal jurisdiction

They (Risevest) have an office in Nigeria. Check out their FAQ page on their website. Piggyvest and Carbon are also in Nigeria.

.

The company trades on global bonds.

The way it works is this; if for example, you invest with 100,000 on the 7th of December, they would trade with the money for 6 months after which you have the options of either withdrawing your funds or re-investing it. Then every month you would be paid 40% of your investment capital. So by 7th January, you would be paid 40,000, 7th February, you would be paid 40,000 and that how you would be paid every month till June 7th, when you would now be paid your capital if your choose to withdraw it.

If your capital is from 1million - 4.9million, you would be paid 45%monthly.
if it's from 5million and above, then your monthly payment would be 50%.

Is it an American company, if not do they have their office here in Nigeria?

I'm open to considering short term loans with adequate security (collateral) so long as the loan will be used for a productive business that will generate inflow for servicing and repaying the loan.

In this case I do not think the owner of the property will give it up without a fight which means that the process will likely take longer than 90 days resulting in any loan I provide getting tied up.

Good luck in your search

Thanks

I will advise you look into RETURN OF FUNDS RATHER THAN RETURN OF FUNDS .

There are numerous Investment firms out there with mouth watering offers BUT kindly do your findings before you venture .

I will recommend but I know few who has been around at least for 20 years and still counting .

Invest in a company that trade global bonds.
you'll get 40% of your capital if the investment is less than 5million. but if it's up to 5million, you'll get 50% every month for the period of 6months after which you can decide to withdraw your capital or reinvest it. I'm available for details
Please how can I contact you?

Invest your money on Mack/Man Diesel 10 tyres trucks with years contract 40,000 daily return,
30 tons HOWO DUMP TRUCK needed with 100,000 daily

This investment yield positive returns of 40% yearly
scope of this investment, see this details
(Return From Investment - Initial Cost of Investment)
(3million - 8.5million) / 8.5million
= -5.5million
This would mean that you saw a rio of 40% yearly negative return on
your investment why your capital still instant.

I need suggestions or proposals for investment of the sum of N14 million for a period of 23 months starting from January 2021.

All sectors of the economy are welcome excluding forex trading and other online businesses with vague processes, just make sure you can defend your proposal with evidence of past performance.

I would also consider investing in a viable business venture but would need to exit by November 2022

Modified
Please no start-ups, only businesses that are currently running and have done so continuously for at least 24 months (Agro businesses 36 months)

You must have evidence that the business is commercially viable

Also note, I am not interested in a business which you have never done before but which you think is viable because you have seen others doing it

For export businesses, your overseas client must be ready to issue confirmed Letter of Credit

For those outside Lagos you must be ready to provide a collateral that is movable or is located in Lagos. You must also be ready for at least one physical meeting where you will present your proposal and supporting documents

Additional modification
If you are contacting me for a loan please make sure you have adequate collateral for the amount you want to borrow.
I wonder how someone will expect me to give him a loan of N7 million to invest in an online business without providing collateral.

If you do not have collateral do not waste your time contacting me, I will not give you an unsecured loan even if the investment will pay ROI of 1,000%!

If you can invest in buying and selling of cryptocurrency, you can make at least #200k to #500k daily from that amount alone.

Like someone here rightly said, it's about the the safety of your funds rather than the payment of Roi. That said, some other person's have suggested trusted and secure fintech platforms like risevest, carbon, piggyvest etc. These are all great places but the last I checked, their rates are really quite little ranging from 5-15% per annum depending on which plan you subscribe into. And the flexibility of most of these platforms ain't so it, to say the least.
Let me introduce you to crowdyvest.com . This is another investment portfolio from the owners of farmcrowdy and Plentywaka. It offers a sweet rate from 12.5-25% and the flexibility is really amazing. Please do your findings on its reliability then choose which plan best suit your needs.
I only request you use my referral link to sign up where you and i both make #500 bonus each. Click https://dashboard.crowdyvest.com/register?referral=CV-0EB9988C to join.
Note, am not a staff or promoter of this platform, only one who has and is still using the platform for investment purpose. Should there be any questions I will suggest you reach out to their help line or email. Also, if anyone knows other trusted and reliable fintech/investment platform with better rates, Do share with us.
Don't forget to use my link and earn. Click https://dashboard.crowdyvest.com/register?referral=CV-0EB9988C

Quite a number of people contacted me here and through PM so I received a wide rage of business proposals from ones that were very good to some that were foolish or just downright scams.

The major issue is that they all claim not to have collateral; based on my previous experience there is absolutely nothing that will make me provide funding without unless I get a collateral or have some way to implement tight controls to secure my funds.

I did go into a partnership with an upcoming rice distributor of Nigerian rice.

To secure my funds we opened a business account to which I am the sole signatory but she receives credit alerts on the phone while I receive the email alerts so we can both keep track of payments and deposit of sales to the account.

Quite understandable but as you know in every industry there are sectors just like the oil and gas sector there's the upstream and downstream. Speculation is basically in the upstream and the downstream is moved by price action. So it's basically buying at the current price and selling with profit. Your decision i s entirely up to you though but I think next generation entrepreneur in Africa need to get more involved in nextgen tech innovations

The Nigerian market is really a jungle. Apart from the very many dubious characters looking to clean one out, the Naira is also too volatile.

I currently hold my savings in FX, but won't mind taking some calculated risk.

I will send you a PM request if you don't mind.
