Honestly, after months of free traffic, it would be extremely difficult adjusting to hours of traffic at same tolls while parting with cash.

Please that logic does not hold water, Lagos generated 32% of the Nations IGR, while most internal roads on the island are done by private estates/real estate developers, the local Govt is virtually insignificant on internal road/streets construction in that axis. Cant they take up the responsibility if we want to take your route on maintenance?

The fact that it has been established the toll collection is the culprit for endless hold up in that area should be sufficient reason that tolling is never resumed
